How do I submit my artwork?

Click on the "Submit Your Artwork" button on the home page in the middle of the screen and you will be redirected to a submission page where you can submit up to 3 pieces of artwork. You will be asked to supply pictures, descriptions, and if applicable, prices of your artwork.

When and where do I drop off my artwork?

You can drop off your artwork at the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Centerstone located at 775 Weatherly Drive in Clarksville, TN during regular business hours. The Clinic is open from 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8 am – 12 pm on Fridays. You’ll be asked to fill out an artwork drop-off form so we can record and track your entries, so please allow for an extra 15 minutes of your time. The deadline for submissions is August 12th, 2022 at 12 pm.

Question 3

Do I have to sell my artwork?

Accepted Answer

No. If you’d rather just display your artwork, we can mark it as “not for sale” and not include it in the online auction.

Question 4

If one of my pieces are sold at auction am I responsible for getting the artwork to the buyer?

Accepted Answer

No. The Cohen Clinic will handle all artwork payment and delivery arrangements.
